After watching the first episode of "Night on Earth" on Netflix, I was surprised by the southern grasshopper mouse. The narrator, Samira Wiley, was discussing how dangerous scorpions are and how their abilities function during the night. The episode kept showing a small, cute mouse running and I thought "oh no, this mouse is going to die!". But the mouse approached the scorpion and attacked it. The scorpion tried to sting the mouse, but its stings made no impact on the cute mouse. The mouse won in the end, which is so cool because of how cute it looks. I wouldn't think a mouse with cute appearances like the southern grasshopper mouse could kill a scorpion and be one of the scorpion's predators. The mouse also howls in a very cartoonish and funny way. After watching this episode, the southern grasshopper mouse is now one of my favourite animals.

SpaceX Crew Demo-2 !!!!!
May 27, 2020, 1:30 p.m.
AAAAAAAA this is so exciting!! It's so crazy how they launched Saturn V (and Apollo 8 and Apollo 11) at the same launch pad (39A at KSC in Florida) as Crew Dragon. I've been keeping up with all the updates from SpaceX and later from NASA about Crew Dragon and it's been so long and they've worked so hard on it. This is amazing! Astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley are making history with being the first humans to go into space with SpaceX and re-starting the space shuttle fleet that NASA retired back in 2011! I hope the weather is good and everything goes really well! There's only about 3 hours left before they launch. I'm so excited and I'm so happy I can watch this event happen through SpaceX's youtube channel. Crew 1 Mission will be super cool too and I look forward to watching that later this year as well!

Archillect
May 22, 2020, 9:33 p.m.
I recently found this aesthetically pleasing twitter account called Archillect. At first, I thought that someone was finding theses images on the internet and posting them. This was kind of like having a "Theme" on Instagram. Although, I learned that Archillect is an AI created to discover and share aesthetically pleasing images. Archillect's algorithm uses a list of keywords to collect data on pictures, interactions, and it's audience. It tries to the understand what is enjoyed by it's followers and by social media overall. I think this is really cool because of how nice their accounts look. There's always content for me to enjoy. I hope people don't request to get their images taken down. Archillect just thought your picture was too cool, LOL. Maybe I didn't see clearly, but when I followed Archillect on Twitter, the account had under a million followers. Now, Archillect has 2 million and counting. I recommend following Archillect to fill your feed with great content!

OpenAI Jukebox
May 8, 2020, 8:14 p.m.
OpenAI made Jukebox which generates music. I heard their Chopin piano music last year which was pretty cool and impressive, but they recently released more music. Some of the tracks need some work but some are very strong. I don't really like country music, but "Country, in Style of Alan Jackson" is the best one. If you compared this song made by OpenAI with a country song on the radio, I would have a hard time figuring out which one is the "real" song. Even though some of the songs aren't great (the Soundcloud comments are rough), I still think it's nice that they're making the music better with each release.
